Berthold Bettenhausen is co-founder and managing partner of Dehmel & Bettenhausen, a patent law firm with a main office in the city center of Munich and a branch office in the BioPark Regensburg. Since about 20 years he advises national and international clients in all intellectual property issues. He is widely experienced in the care, advice and coordination of strategic patent portfolios of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical engineering as well as nutritional and environmental technology.

Conducting and coordinating patent litigations is another specialism.
